Mosman residents love the Library!

Mem Fox at Mosman Library

In the recent community survey, residents were asked to rate their level of satisfaction with council services on a scale of 1 to 10. The Library topped the list with a score of 7.73!

Library customers continue to vote with their feet – each week more than 5,000 people visit the Library, and they borrow more than 7,600 items. They also ‘visit’ the Library from the comfort of their homes, through online resources such as the Library reading lounge.

The Library also offers an exciting and varied program of events and activities. Two new book groups have been established in 2011 and the new ‘Monday Matters’ monthly talks have been a resounding success. A full program of author talks has been organised for the year.

Sign up to the Library’s e-newsletter for details of these and other exciting events, including the unique ‘Bookends’ exhibition to celebrate Australian Heritage Week in April.
