Talking with Margaret Throsby

Margaret Throsby came to Mosman Library last week to talk about her new book, a collection of interviews from her ABC radio program. She gave us a look behind the scenes of the show, but also spoke about her pioneering role as a woman on radio and television (she was the first woman to read the ABC television news nationally). She also confessed to not having returned our copy of Flopsy Flatfoot that she borrowed in 1955.
