Teen Book Review: On the Jellicoe Road

Each week teens at Mosman Library write reviews of books that they have read. We will feature some of these reviews here.

This awesome review was written by Josephine age 12:

On the Jellicoe Road by Melinda Marchetta

Review: This book is about a 17 year old girl called Taylor she has been abandoned from her mum at the age of 11. Her dad was the same age as she is when he died. Hannah lives by the lake inside the school she is Taylor’s auntie, Taylor only finds this out and why she was abandoned as well as how she is belongs to Jellicoe. When her mother comes back to the lake to die at the end. Hannah is writing a story and all the characters are real people she meets the remainder of them along the way. This story is about love, forgiveness and friends.
